Post No.1 - Introductions | 06/05/18

Hello everyone, my name is Natalie and welcome to my fashion blog!

Here I will be posting my fashion looks, such as lookbooks and OOTDs, as well as showcasing other people's looks. I also really want to show you how to recreate looks from several celebrities.

Let me tell you a little about my style. So I have a sort of tomboy/hipster style. The way I usually describe it, is simple with something weird, be it a bag or belt or something with an unusual design. My main inspiration comes from, asian fashion trends and Kpop idols, as well as loosely following mainstream trends. I often love to juxtapose clothing items and love going for unbranded/vintage items. My wardrobe mainly consists mainly of; black, white, grey, red, blue and green. I focus my colour palette around darker shades, as I find them easier to match together and easier to match with my skin tone.

When it comes to buying new clothes, I don't often go for the bigger, more expensive brands. As much as I would love to splash the cash on an Off-White hoodie or Levi jeans, I simple don't have the funds to do so. I like to think my style shows off the fundamentals of looking good, without needing to spend a huge amount of money. Although I do prefer to spend a little more on jeans or shoes, it is not necessary to make an outfit look good. Of course it is all down to personal preference, but if you are someone who can't afford the more expensive side of fashion then I hope I will be of some help.
